Enter our competition
In 2009, we launched a campaign to help reduce the number of teenage pregnancies in Leicester. This campaign consisted of a shocking viral video of a girl giving birth on a school field.
If you are under 19 and living in Leicester, why not enter our competition to produce your own campaign to increase condom use and stop unplanned pregnancies and STIs? You can enter on your own or in teams of up to 4 people.
- The campaign can be produced using any type of media that you think would be seen/heard by under 19s in Leicester, e.g. video, website, posters, radio, adverts.
- The campaign must be relevant and appealing to under 19s in Leicester
Our new video showing how we made the viral video may inspire you. You can see all the videos related to the campaign, including a six part drama series showing local young people coping with issues such as relationships, contraception and sex.
Three prizes will be awarded for the best entries received.
1st Prize: Nintendo DSi for each team member
2nd Prize: Flip video camcorder for each team member
3rd Prize: ipod Shuffle for each team member
